Changes for zSQLgate, version 0.07

Changes between versions 0.06 and 0.07 (Tue Dec 10 17:07:53 2002):

Support for XSLT transformation of returned XML records: this allows the relatively simple records that are generated by ``vanilla zSQLgate'' to be translated into complex formats such as OAI. Turn this on by adding a specification like
```
	 transform = "examples/books/default.xsl"
	
```
to the format xml part of a database's configuration. Note that the specified filename is interpreted relative to the working directory, not relative to the location of the master configuration file.

Make exception handlers robust against non-object exceptions. (They were supposed to be like that already, but a typo defeated that robustness.)
